Семинар Повышение правовой грамотности инвалидов и обучение методикам защиты своих прав

15 ноября 2018 в г. Барабинск Новосибирской области состоялся семинар для людей с инвалидностью проживающих на территории Барабинского района.
Тема: «Повышение правовой грамотности инвалидов и обучение методикам защиты своих прав».
Провели семинар: Председатель ОО «Новосибирской областной организации Всероссийского общества инвалидов»  Галл-Савальский И.В., руководитель Службы юридической поддержки инвалидов ОО «НОО ВОИ» Перевозчикова Н.Н.
Освещены вопросы: О порядке оформления выплат и новшествах законодательства в отношении инвалидов.
О новых критериях установления инвалидности гражданам на МСЭ.  О лекарственном обеспечении инвалидов. Реабилитация и абилитация в рамках государственных гарантий.
Технические средства реабилитации инвалидов, порядок получения и самостоятельного приобретения с компенсацией. Об организации социального обслуживания инвалидов. Роль правового просвещения в жизни инвалидов.
Набор социальных услуг в натуральном выражении, проблемы при получении и предложения по их преодолению (Лекарства, санаторно - курортное лечение, проезд на жд транспорте) Новый перечень технических средств реабилитации, протезов и протезно-ортопедических изделий.
Доступность объектов, услуг и жилья для граждан с инвалидностью. Новый перечень заболеваний, дающий право на дополнительную жилую площадь. Порядок приспособления общего имущества в многоквартирном доме для беспрепятственного доступа инвалидов к расположенному в нем жилому помещению
Образование и трудоустройство граждан с инвалидностью. Льготы при поступлении в учебные заведения. Квотирование, исполнение квот по трудоустройству. О деятельности службы юридической поддержки инвалидов ОО «НОО ВОИ». О новшествах законодательства в сфере защиты прав инвалидов. Получение знака инвалид
Семинар был выстроен по тактике информация по вопросу и вопросы-ответы.
В семинаре приняли участие 26 человек, с ограничениями здоровья.
При реализации проекта используются средства гранта Президента Российской Федерации на развитие гражданского общества, предоставленного Фондом президентских грантов
