23 ноября 2018г. Калининская местная организация Всероссийского общества инвалидов провела очередной шестой областной фестиваль кулинарного искусства. В это году была представлена узбекская народная кухня.
Целью фестиваля являлась социокультурная реабилитация инвалидов. Участниками фестиваля стали МО ВОИ как г. Новосибирска: Калининская, Октябрьская, Советская; так и Новосибирской области: Болотнинская, Доволенская, Кольцовская, Коченевская, Сузунская.
На мероприятии присутствовали: председатель ОО «НОО ВОИ», член Общественной палаты РФ – Галл-Савальский Игорь Владимирович;
депутат Совета депутатов г. Новосибирска – Константинова Ирина Игоревна.
Оценивать блюда – это очень сложная задача. С этим замечательно справилось справедливое жюри в составе:
- глава НРОО «Узбекско-русского национально-культурного центра» Джурабаева Гулнора Кахрамановна;
- помощник главы НРОО «Узбекско-русского национально-культурного центра» Маниязов Улукбек Мухтарович;
- шеф-повар кафе «Самарканд» Ерматов Фахретдин Хамитович.
Жюри определяло победителей в следующих номинациях:
командные:
- лучшая презентация стола
- лучший дизайн и оформление блюда
личные:
- лучшие холодные блюда и закуски
- лучшие мясные и овощные блюда
- лучшая выпечка
- лучшие сладости
- лучшие домашние напитки
Логичным завершением фестиваля стало оглашение командных результатов:
1 место - Кольцовская МО ВОИ
2 место – Болотнинская МО ВОИ
3 место – Калининская МО ВОИ
Проигравших в этот день не было - все участники получили памятные подарки.
Но самое главное – это атмосфера праздника, которая ощущалась на этом фестивале кулинарного искусства и запомнилась всем участникам и гостям!
